An exclusive Domain Name gives the impression that you have a fully equipped server running at your location. The fact that your web pages are housed on a server outside your facility is not evident by looking at the address. In order to utilize our Exclusive Service, the following steps must be followed:
You can search the Domain Registration Database by entering a domain name, such as yourname.com. You can also search the Domain Registration Database by telnetting to the InterNIC at rs.internic.net. Once connected, type whois to start the search program and enter the domain name to search for at the whois prompt.
Once you have selected an available Domain Name, please enter it on the Internet Presence Registration Form.
Once your registration information and payment are received, EMERgency 24 will submit your request to be processed.
When the selected Domain Name has been approved and registered, a directory will be created on the server with your Exclusive name, and you will be notified. Please note that registration generally takes one to two weeks for completion.
